
Ingredients:
- Rice, cooked 2c
 - Imitation Crab ¾ #
 - Mayonnaise 1⅓c
 - uCook Garlic Sauce & Marinade 3 tbl
 - Salt (diced)½tsp
 - Furikake as desired
 - Nori (Korean Seasoned Seaweed) Squares as desired
 
Procedure:
- Preheat oven to 350°
 - Press cooked rice evenly into an oven-safe 7½ “ x 9” pan (8” x 8” works, too)
 - Cut imitation crab into smaller pieces
 - Combine crab, mayonnaise, Garlic Sauce & Marinade, and salt; mix well
 - Layer crab mixture evenly over rice.
 - Sprinkle Furikake over mayo mixture, as desired
 - Bake uncovered 350° for 15 min (top is lightly browned)
 - Scoop out small portion of rice and crab, wrap in piece of nori, and eat
